The Equal Education Rights for All Rally was held on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court on Sunday, October 30th, 2022 from 1:30PM – 5:00 PM (EST). The Rally was hosted by a coalition of Asian-American activists including the Asian-American Coalition for Education (AACE) (www.asianamericanforeducation.org<\/a>), community leaders, students, and supporters of the cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anh Tu Do, the Founder & President of the American Minority Engagement Network (AMEN) (www.amenforamerica.org<\/a>), was one of the speakers who strongly spoke out against the mistreatment of Asian-American students through Affirmative Action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Monday morning, October 31st, 2022, lawyers from Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) (www.studentsforfairadmissions.org<\/a>) stepped through the doors of the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington D.C. to present the case against the racial discrimination that Asian-American students have faced for years at Harvard University and other higher education institutions across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
