President Nguyen Van Thieu on Communism

President Nguyễn Văn Thiệu was the second President of the Republic of Vietnam who was in office from October 21st, 1967 to April 21st, 1975.  He was a strong advocate for the people and he warned of the dangers of Communism.  We remember his important words because he passed away 21 years ago today.
