Speech from the Founder & President of AMEN at the Equal Education Rights for All Rally on October 30th, 2022
The Equal Education Rights for All Rally was held on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court on Sunday, October 30th, 2022 from 1:30PM - 5:00 PM (EST). The Rally was hosted by a coalition of Asian-American activists including the Asian-American Coalition for Education (AACE) (www.asianamericanforeducation.org), community leaders, students, and supporters of the cause.
Anh Tu Do, the Founder & President of the American Minority Engagement Network (AMEN) (www.amenforamerica.org), was one of the speakers who strongly spoke out against the mistreatment of Asian-American students through Affirmative Action.
On Monday morning, October 31st, 2022, lawyers from Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) (www.studentsforfairadmissions.org) stepped through the doors of the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington D.C. to present the case against the racial discrimination that Asian-American students have faced for years at Harvard University and other higher education institutions across the country.
